The Ribs & Burgers identity evokes the combined interwoven history of the classic humble butcher shop and the bistro style diner. Every Ribs & Burgers store is reminiscent of our butchery roots but no one the exact same but all are tied by common features and threads. Defining unique interior design features like our butchers block POS and the meat grinder cage help to make us memorable and distinguish us from the competition. Our kitchens are always open, we are transparent about our food, ingredients and the way they are prepared and cooked. Experiential graphics like the large brand chalk board , the butcher man wall graphic and the collection of old butcher photos are key features within every store.
